Tempest AI is a residential property management AI platform. Prospero supports residents on WhatsApp and email; Tempest OS coordinates operational cases and resident communications; Miranda assists property managers; and Property Insights helps teams understand demand, outstanding work and recurring repairs.
Tempest is built for block and estate managing agents, build to rent (BTR) and private rented sector (PRS) operators, RTM and RMC directors, owner-freeholders and in-house estate teams. The setup reflects each development’s documents, resident records, staff responsibilities and agreed service scope.
Tempest connects the resident conversation to the property team’s work. Prospero uses the supplied development knowledge; requests needing a person are triaged and logged as Tempest OS cases with context, ownership and status. Resident updates and campaign replies stay connected to the operational workflow. Miranda can review the permitted Tempest OS context, surface unfinished work and help managers prepare documents and communications.
No new app is required for the WhatsApp and email service. Residents can use these familiar channels. The exact contact and onboarding arrangements are agreed for each development.
Yes. Residents use their usual email app and the service address set up for their development. Tempest’s AI layer captures and handles the email just like a WhatsApp message. When human intervention is required, it triages the request and logs it in Tempest OS for the property team.
The property manager sends the mass communication from Tempest OS. Every resident response, including an email reply, is captured by the AI layer. AI responds where appropriate, and triages and logs anything requiring human intervention in Tempest OS. The team retains control of sending and follow-up actions.
For a normal email, WhatsApp message or reply to a mass communication, the AI layer triages requests needing human intervention and logs them in Tempest OS for the team. This is an escalation into a team workflow, not a promise of immediate live-agent takeover or emergency attendance.
Yes. Tempest OS can be configured to require manager approval for resident case updates. Where automatic case updates are enabled, an additional AI check holds uncertain or sensitive content for review. Miranda cannot send or schedule campaign emails; the property manager does that in Tempest OS.
That depends on the agreed scope. Tempest connects resident service, cases and communications; it is not presented as a replacement for every accounting, compliance or property system. Any data connections and migration requirements are reviewed with your team.
Yes, where your accounting software provides a supported API and an integration is agreed. Tempest can retrieve the latest available balance and reminder stage, help a property manager prepare an email reminder, and include the management company’s approved payment link. If the resident replies, Prospero can conduct the conversation within the supplied debt policy, document the exchange and discuss and capture a proposed repayment plan for the manager to review. Accounting and payment systems remain the source of truth and process payments; formal notices and debt recovery remain with the management company and its advisers.
Start with the developments and workflows you want to support. Review resident records, property documents, staff access, communication channels and escalation procedures with the Tempest team. Agree the scope and test representative resident journeys before introducing the service. Existing-system integrations and data migration are reviewed separately.
Book a demonstration around your portfolio and the workflows you want to improve. We will agree the development scope, resident data, documents, setup, testing and rollout. Pricing is quoted for the agreed service, with onboarding and ongoing fees clearly set out.
