One case.Clear ownership.Better follow-through.
Tempest OS is the operational workspace for property teams. It connects AI-triaged emails, WhatsApp messages and campaign replies with Cases, ownership, priorities, records and resident updates. Miranda works alongside the property manager inside the workspace, while portfolio permissions control what each person can see and do.

What needs my attention today?
One case, the full picture
Tempest OS assesses whether a new report relates to an existing issue. Related reports can be grouped into one shared case, while unrelated or uncertain reports remain separate. An AI Overview summarises the latest position, with the underlying reports, comments and timeline available for managers to check.
Miranda in the workspace
Miranda works alongside you inside Tempest OS. She understands the property, the information you are working with and the operational context around it. Ask what needs attention today or for an overview of unfinished work across your portfolio, and she can review the Tempest OS areas you are permitted to access. She can bring together Cases to action or chase, outstanding onboarding requests and campaign drafts that may need review, then present a clear summary and take you to the relevant record. Existing permissions and approval controls continue to apply.
Ownership and priorities
Search and filter cases, assign colleagues, set urgency and deadlines, add internal notes, and track status. Reports received by phone or in person can be logged by staff, too.
Resident communications
Comms is a Tempest OS function for resident updates, mass messages, notices and campaigns. Update affected residents without repeating the same work across separate tickets; prepare the right development and audience; and keep follow-up connected to the case. Miranda can help draft wording and manage attachments, while the property manager reviews the details and sends or schedules the message.
A resident can send a normal email or reply to a mass communication. The same AI layer that handles WhatsApp captures each incoming message and campaign reply, responds where appropriate and logs anything requiring human intervention for the team. Sending a notice is the start of a conversation, not the end of the workflow.
Approval settings can require manager review. Configured automatic case updates use an additional AI check and hold uncertain or sensitive content for review.
Work across your portfolio
Development access and role permissions determine what staff can see and do. Notifications and audit records help teams follow changes across their properties.
AI-assisted assignment rules are being tested. Availability and configuration of newer Tempest OS workflows are confirmed as part of each rollout.
