Keep the service available after the office closes.
Prospero provides agreed out-of-hours cover across inbound phone, WhatsApp and email, with client-app integration available. Customers get property-specific support connected to Tempest OS.
Book a demoAnswer with operational context
Connected to Tempest OS, Prospero uses the latest available Case activity, contractor updates, communications and service records to inform its answers. A new operational update can change the next response. Access and the information available from connected systems determine what it can share.
Capture what the team needs
Gather the location and details of a repair, enquiry or service request. Carry matters requiring human action into the appropriate Tempest OS workflow.
Alert the responsible team
If Prospero cannot understand the caller, or a person is needed, it creates a ticket and alerts the relevant team in Tempest OS. Emergency matters follow the client’s agreed procedures. If an alert has not been picked up within the agreed SLA, a further alert is sent. An escalation is not a promise of immediate live-agent takeover or emergency attendance.
Agree the cover before launch
Configure service hours, emergency instructions, responsible teams and escalation SLAs with the client. Inbound calls are transcribed; recording is optional, with notice and the consent step at the start.
AI cover supports the client’s out-of-hours arrangements and does not replace emergency services. Human response depends on the agreed staffing and escalation arrangements.
